Step by step we go
In our journey through life,
Walking hand in hand
As husband and wife.
We weren't quite sure
When we first started out,
What the world held for us
But there was never a doubt.
There was never a doubt
To ever cross my mind,
That your love and trust
Is what I hoped to find.
Now we've built a family
Raising three wonderful Children,
And we can be proud
Of the job we have done.
We've instilled values
In a very special way,
So that they may do the same
For their own children one day.
It's been 28 years
Since we said "I Do",
But with every passing day
My love still grows for you.
I am thankful for each day
God gives us in life,
To remain hand in hand
